Sept 21 (Reuters) - Per Aarsleff A/S  PAALb.CO : 
    * Per Aarsleff A/S has entered into framework agreement with the utility 
company Aarhus Vand A/S on the renewal of water and wastewater pipes by means of 
excavation as well as the operation of water and wastewater 
    * Framework agreement covers period of six years and has a total value of 
420 million Danish crowns ($63.30 million) 
    * Contract does not affect Aarsleff's earnings expectations for the 
financial year 2014/2015
